I never set out to write a children's book, until I realized I had a story to tell. Based on a bed-time story my Dad used to tell me, I wanted other kids to share in a love of adventure and the great unknown.
Putting my imagination on paper, I'm able to tell tales of what could be. Villains and heroes, victories, and defeats, in galaxies far away, outside time and space’s relative dimensions. All these years later, I still dream of exploring the final frontiers.
BIO
Chris was born in Tucson, AZ and soon after relocated, to Upstate New York, where he lived through high school. An enthusiastic runner lettering in cross-country, he moved to Boston for college, eventually running the Boston Marathon twice.
Still in Boston, he lives with his longtime girlfriend DJ. The avid Celtics fan that he is takes pleasure in their every triumph.
Chris’ career has spanned many years in Healthcare and Data Analytics Technology, helping to make healthcare better and safer for our families and our future.
A science-fiction enthusiast, Chris has dabbled in that genre, with a published collection of short stories to his name and the Dark Water trilogy nearing completion.
Back when they moved to Upstate in the early Sixties, and while buried under what seemed like the highest average snowfall on the planet, Chris’ dad entertained him by telling him stories before bed.
The oldest, the original, was the adventure of Tony The Turtle, the inspiration for Turtles Don’t Climb Stairs. Told when Chris was five, it remained within him ever since.
